This website will be used for PAD Incident Reports, which should be used to report violations of the NorCal Code of Ethics or issues between clubs, such as recruiting or field issues, that can not be resolved between club leadership. NorCal believes that club leaders are usually best positioned to solve issues between clubs, and often find better solutions than NorCal can. As such we strongly encourage club directors to speak directly regarding any issue with another club before bringing it to NorCal's attention. If no resolution can be found between club leadership, the club may file a PAD Incident Report for NorCal to weigh in and issue a decision. A PAD Incident Report may only be filed by a club's President, Executive Director, or Director of Coaching/Technical Director.
