Incident Summary:

A spectator who claimed to be a licensed referee entered the field during halftime and after the game to give tips to the youth AR.

Comments:

It is never acceptable for a spectator, licensed as a referee or not (and in fact, a licensed referee should know better), to approach the officiating crew on the field for any reason.
