Incident Summary:Allegation that Battleborn violated the Tryout Window for 2009-2005 teams by holding tryouts on May 21, 2023 when the tryout window opened on May 22, 2023.
Comments:All NorCal clubs agree to follow Norcal all NorCal rules when they join NorCal. Whether or not Battleborn intends to have teams playing int he 2009-2005 age groups in the 2023-2024 season is immaterial. The PAD Committee refers Battleborn to the Board of Directors for the imposition of sanctions.
