| Comments: | MLS Go is a recreational program and therefore not under the jurisdiction of the NorCal PAD Committee. If there are any NorCal registered players from Manteca FCparticipating in the MLS Go program at question here, and those players move to Valley Surf, Manteca FC can file a new PAD Incident Report at that point. For the PAD Committee to review a recruiting claim, the PAD Committee needs evidence provided by the accusing club of which players were recruited and how they were recruited. |
