For using an unlicensed referee, San Jose Rush is fined $150 for using an unlicensed referee. The match is ruled a 3-0 forfeit in favor of Ravenswood for San Jose Rush using an unlicensed referee.
The coach of the Ravenswood team, Jimmy Pena, is suspended 4 games - 2 for failing to control his team's spectators and 2 for failing to control his team's players.
