The PAD Committee recommends to the Board of Directors of NorCal Premier that the West Coast Tracy team be removed from all NorCal competitions.The PAD Committee recommends that the Board of Directors place West Coast Tracy on probation through July 1, 2024. The PAD Committee believes that it is unacceptable for an individual to threaten another individual at a NorCal match with a firearm. |
