Incident Summary:
In PAD Incident 5250, the PAD Committee ruled that East San Jose/ Golden Triangle was using fields in Santa Clara that historically Santa Clara Sporting had used and East San Jose had not used. East San Jose/ Golden Triangle was told in PAD Incident 5250 to stop using the fields in Santa Clara. East San Jose/ Golden Triangle has continued to use the fields in Santa Clara.
Comments:
As East San Jose/ Golden Triangle continues to use fields in Santa Clara in violation of the PAD ruling in Incident 5250, the PAD Committee refers East San Jose/ Golden Triangle to the Board of Directors of NorCal Premier for the imposition of disciplinary sanctions on East San Jose/Golden Triangle.
