Incident Summary:	Allegation that a Vallejo player and a Solano player engaged in pushing. At this point, a different Vallejo player entered the scuffle and punched the Solano player in the head from behind knocking him to the ground.
Comments:	There were no red cards reported for this incident. Solano, this was your home game. Your referee has until noon on September 27 to file the necessary reports. This is unacceptable. Solano is fined $300 for failing to report 2 send-offs within the required time.
