| Comments: | Rule 4.4.6 of the NorCal Handbook states that "It is unethical for a Player to be recruited from any outside program, including but not limited to PDP, IDP, ODP, High School, or the US Soccer Training Center, either by a Coach working for such program or any other Adult, Player, parent, or Official present at said event." In this instance because the coach coached this player in high school and permitted the player to join the team, the PAD Committee finds a violation. Coach Gina Castaneda is suspended 3 games. |
