If that was the case, North Marin could have internally handled this problem as Tricia Johnson was then employed by or contracted to North Marin, but did not take such action.
While at AC Marin, Tricia Johnson will not be permitted to coach, train or have any other interaction on the field with any player she coached at North Marin for a period of 1 year, with the exception that she may interact with those players in her capacity as Girl's Director of Coaching. |
