Comments:Santa Clara Rush in its Affiliation Letter with NorCal Premier Soccer is not permitted to use fields in Fremont or Newark. As a result, this is a violation and Santa Clara Rush is referred to the NorCal Premier Soccer League Executive Committee for the application of sanctions.
