| Comments: | Santa Clara Rush in its Affiliation Letter with NorCal Premier Soccer is not permitted to use fields in Fremont or Newark. As a result, this is a violation and Santa Clara Rush is referred to the NorCal Premier Soccer League Executive Committee for the application of sanctions.
On appeal, the Executive Committee of the NorCal Board ruled that Santa Clara Rush and Kids Fan Base are separate clubs and Kids Fan Base is not a member of NorCal Premier. As a result, there is mo violation. |
