Allegation that Elk Grove Soccer recruited 10 IR Academy players outside of the tryout window to play in the Elk Grove Soccer MLS Next program.

Comments:

Elk Grove Soccer has not responded to these allegations. As a result, the PAD Committee takes all allegations as true. With the allegations taken as true, the PAD Committee finds that Elk Grove Soccer has violated NorCal tryout window and recruiting rules. The PAD Committee refers Elk Grove Soccer to the Executive Committee of the NorCal Board for the imposition of sanctions.
