Incident Summary:	Allegation that a Capital Valley spectator verbally abused the opposing players, spectators and the referee. It is further alleged that the spectator made a comment to one of the IR Academy players and attempted to interfere in the match by tripping a palyer during the game.
Comments:	As the referee did not take any action, the PAD Committee takes no action. The Capital Valley coach and spectators are reminded to act in a sportsmanlike manner at all times.
