Incident Summary:It is alleged that an AYSO United Davis player struck a Fruitridge player in the face after the Fruitridge player released the ball. The Fruitridge player has subsequently been diagnosed with a concussion.
Comments:As the referee did not make a call during the game and given that neither team has video of the purported incident, the PAD Committee is unable to act due to a lack of evidence.
