Incident Summary:

Alum Rock played an illegal player (a year older and unregistered) in a match.

Comments:

Playing an older unregistered player in a match is against the NorCal rules. As a result, the match is declared a 3-0 forfeit in favor of Santa Cruz City. The coach of the Alum Rock team, Robert Ramos, is suspended from all NorCal competitions until December 31, 2024. Alum Rock is fined $250. The fine is reduced from $500 to $250 because Alum Rock self-reported the violation.
