| Comments: | Santa Clara Rush entered into an Affiliation Letter with NorCal Premier Soccer when it joined NorCal Premier Soccer. That letter does not permit Santa Clara Rush to use any fields in Fremont for its programs. Santa Clara Rush is referred to the Executive Committee of NorCal Premier Soccer for the application of sanctions for using fields in Fremont for this program.
On appeal the Executive Committee ruled that Kids Fan Base and Santa Clara Rush are not the same and there is no limit on Kids Fan Base operating in Newark and Fremont as Kids Fan Base is not a NorCal member. |
