Incident Summary:	Solano Surf spectators dissented throughout the game and eventually the referee cleared the sidelines of all spectators. After the game, the Solano coach told the referee it was not his responsibility to control his team's spectators.
Comments:	Per the NrCal Handbook, coaches are responsible for controlling their team's spectators. The Solano Surf coach, Alonso Frias, is suspended 2 games for failing to control his team's spectators.
