It is a violation of the NorCal Premier Recruiting rules to register a player already registered to another club. For this violation of the Recruiting rules, the coach of the Tecos team, Derek Reigle, is suspended 2 games for Recruiting. The PAD Committee does not get involved in assisting clubs in collecting fees owed.
