| Incident Summary: | It is alleged that Joel Cazarez is coaching while suspended. Under a previous PAD decision, Coach Cazarez was suspended for 1 year from the date he was next registered to coach. Coach Cazarez was registered August 9, 2023, which means his suspension ran through August 8, 2024. |
| Comments: | Coach Cazarez is currently suspended through August 8, 2024. As this has been violated, Joel Cazarez is suspended through October 12, 2025. As Oakley is presently on probation, the PAD Committee recommends that the Board of Directors undertake a Club Membership Review of Oakley.
It later emerged that Coach Cazarez received a USClub coaches pass with Manteca on July 10, 2022. As a result his suspension was over as of July 9, 2023 and Coach Cazarez was eligible to coach as of that date. |
