Comments:	This is a violation of NorCal Premier Code of Ethics Item B for Members ("Treat others with respect and courtesy" and Item C for Members ("Treat all Match Officials with respect at all times"). The PAD Committee refers this matter to the NorCal Premier Board of Directors.
