If there are any NorCal registered players from Ravenswood participating in the MLS Go program at question here, and those players move to Albion, Ravenswood can file a new PAD Incident Report at that point. For the PAD Committee to review a recruiting claim, the PAD Committee needs evidence provided by the accusing club of which players were recruited and how they were recruited. |
