| Comments: | When the PAD Committee examines a field complaint, the PAD Committee looks at either the club's NorCal Affiliation Agreement (for clubs formed relatively recently) or historical usage. In this case ABSC is a club that predates NorCal's use of Affiliation Agreements and as such an investigation into ABSC's historical usage is appropriate. However, as Eastshore does not list any fields it believes ABSC is using, it is impossible for the PAD Committee to undertake that historical usage inquiry. As a result, the PAD Committee takes no action here. Eastshore Alliance is welcome to file a new Incident Report stating with specificity the fields it alleges ABSC is wrongly using. |
