Incident Summary:	Allegation that Albion Merced was advertising tryouts in October 2024 for a 2016 boys' team. The PAD Committee found that Merced Albion advertised tryouts outside the tryout window. Merced Albion took down the advertisement and tryouts were not held.
Comments:	Clubs are not permitted to hold tryouts outside of the NorCal tryout window. This matter is referred to the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of NorCal Premier Soccer for the imposition of sanctions. On Appeal, Merced provided evidence that it removed the advertisement and did not hold the tryouts. As the advertisement was removed and no tryout held, no sanctions are required.
