Incident Summary:	A fight between 1 player from each team broke out. Spectators from Union City then entered the field, one to allegedly calm the situation and one to make threats. During the PAD Committee's review of this matter, it was discovered that the Union City player involved int he fight was playing while suspended and thus an illegal player.
Comments:	The coach of the Union City team, Julian Barrera, is suspended 4 games for failing to control his team's spectators for the 2 spectators entering the field. Playing a suspended player is playing an illegal player. As a result, Union City is fined $500, the game is ruled a 3-0 forfeit in favor of Atletico Santa Rosa and the coach of the Union City team Julian Barrera is suspended until January 31, 2025 for playing a suspended player.
