| Comments: | The PAD finds that in the event that two properly credentialed Referees are on site for any scheduled game, it is reasonable to start and play the game under protest with the two credentialed officials. In the event the third credentialed Referee arrives during the run of the game, it is reasonable for this official to join the match.
With regards to Rule 208, the Referee Coordinator will reinforce with staff the game length with respect to the appropriate age group.
