Incomplete Games
"For Group Phase matches, in the event a game cannot be completed, the game counts if half the game was completed. For Knockout Phase matches, the NorCal State Cup coordinator will determine if the result will stand, be replayed, or be played from the point of the termination at a different time. If there is no result and the match is suspended prior to the expiration of one half, the game shall be repeated at a time agreed upon by the competing teams in consultation with the Cup Coordinator.
Any team directly responsible for the termination of the game due to poor sportsmanship towards referee, opposing fans, or opposing players may result in that team forfeiting the match. This could also lead to other possible penalties set by the NorCal PAD committee."
According to the current NorCal rules the result will stand.
