Incident Summary:	Allegation that comments were made during the game and a threat was allegedly made.
Comments:	No action is taken as there were no cards. All players and coaches are reminded to act in a sportsmanlike manner at all times. Under Rule 2.6 of the NorCal Handbook, Madera Roja is fined $300 ($150 per missing referee) for only having 1 referee officiate the match. Madera Roja appealed the imposition of the fine imposed for failing to have 3 match officials officiate the game. The Board of NorCal Premier Soccer League upheld the appeal based on the current referee shortage. No fine is imposed.
