Cap FC is given until noon on February 19, 2016 to provide a send off report to mshafai@norcalpremier.com. Failure to comply with both of those orders will result in further discipline.
Cap FC failed to respond to the PAD Committee as directed. As a result, Cap FC is placed on probation for 6 months to end on August 25, 2016. The PAD Committee is recommending to the Norcal Board of Directors that Cap FC lose the right to host home games until a Certified Referee Assignor is appointed. |
