Incident Summary:After a goal scoring opportunity, the Real Sacramento player struck the Folsom Lake goalkeeper in the face. A yellow card was issued in the game by the referee to the player who struck he goalkeeper.
Comments:From reviewing video of the incident, the referee should have issued a red card in this situation. However, the PAD Committee does not issue red cards and does not review video to overturn or change the call of a referee.
