Using unlicensed match officials is unacceptable. Sonoma SC is fined $150 ($150 for per unlicensed official) for using an unlicensed match officials. The match is declared a 3-0 forfeit in favor of Rocklin SC for Sonoma SC's use of unlicensed referees.
