| Incident Summary: | Allegation that a player attended Placer training prior to the the tryout window opening without permission from her then current club. |
| Comments: | The PAD Committee referred this matter to the Executive Board of the NorCal Premier Soccer League's Board of Directors. It has been determined that players from Blues FC trained with Placer outside of the tryout window without the permission of Blues' director. Those players subsequently moved from Blues to Placer. After consultation with the Executive Board the PAD Committee suspends Ron Benjamin for 2 games, both games of the suspension to be served with Placer's 03G NPL team. The length of the suspension was determined after considering that (1) the violation was the result of a genuine misunderstanding by Coach Benjamin, and (2) Coach Benjamin has not previously been disciplined by NorCal. |
