Claim that the head coach was present and the match should not have been forfeited because a carded adult, while not present in the technical area, was present at the match.

Comments:

The previous decision stands. If PAC San Jose wants to appeal the decision, they should provide a written explanation of why the PAD Committee incorrectly applied the rules and pay a $150 fee to the NorCal Board of Directors who will review the decision.
