| Incident Summary: | Complaint that (1) the referees failed to enforce the correct NPL substitution rules in an NPL match, (2) that Madison Meyer, who was prohibited from coaching players she had coached at Valley Surf at Juventus until May of 2023 was in attendance at a Juventus match and was surreptitiously coaching these players. |
| Comments: | Madison Meyer may not coach, train, or manage any team with any players she coached at Valley Surf until May of 2023. This includes being in the technical area at any game played by teams with those players. If evidence is presented that Madison Meyer has violated this rule, she will be sanctioned.
If Surf has complaints about the referees applying the NPL rules correctly, those complaints should be directed to the NPL Commissioner. |
