Incident Summary:Barcelona Bay Area played a player the day after the player was sent-off.
Comments:The NorCal Handbook clearly states that if a player is sent off, that player may not play for the remainder of the weekend. As this player was sent off on Saturday and played on Sunday, the player was an ineligible player. As a result, this game is declared a 3-0 forfeit in favor of SFGE. The coach of the Bay Area Barcelona team, Juan Jimenez, is suspended until December 31, 2018 for playing an ineligible player.
