The PAD Committee recommends to the Board of Directors:
1. The Spurs team involved by expelled from NorCal competitions.
2. Spurs be placed on probation for 1 year.
3. The Spurs coach Omar Bautista is suspended from coaching in any NorCal competition until June 30, 2019 for failing to control his team's spectators.
