Allegation that Pumas UNAM used an unlicensed referee, that a send-off report was filed 1 month late and that Pumas do not have a certified Referee Assignor.

Comments:

Because Pumas used an unlicensed referee, the game is declared a 3-0 forfeit in favor of Cal Odyssey and Pumas is placed on Probation for 1 year. This matter is referred to the NorCal Board if Directors for further review. Pumas has until July 31 to engage a Certified Referee Assignor.
