Incident Summary:Allegation that a number of players who played for Luis Ibarra at Surf left Surf for Real FC and are playing for Mr. Ibarra at Real FC.
Comments:Under the NorCal Code of Ethics, players may not play for a coach at a different club for 1 year after leaving their previous club.
If the players play for Mr. Ibarra at Real FC, Mr. Ibarra will be suspended unless Real FC can provide written proof that Surf permits the players who left Surf to play for Mr. Ibarra at Real FC. Written proof of this permission should be sent amittler@norcalpremier.com
