As Richmond United has not responded to this report or denied it, the PAD Committee takes the allegation as true. The game is a 3-0 forfeit in favor of FCA and the coach of the Richmond United team, Saul Velasquez, is suspended from all participation with any Norcal team through October 31, 2019.
