| Comments: | The PAD Committee finds that coach Brad Daniels is in violation of the NorCal Code of Ethics. The PAD rules:
1) Brad Daniels will be suspended from all NorCal Premier Soccer events for 1 year with suspension starting on May 15, 2012 and ending May 15, 2013.
2) Since Atwater SC has no history of ethics viloation a warning has been issued. If Atwater is found to continue to operate in this manner the club will be placed on probation. Atwater should not be hiring parents from other clubs and placing those coaches in the same age group. This can lead to recruitment issues such as happened in this case. |
