Incident Summary:
Napa Sport does not have a current year Certified Referee Assignor. As a result, they have been using unlicensed referees.
A Napa Sport team official reported a red card through gotsoccer resulting in a player from the opponent being suspended
Comments:
As Napa Sport was required to provide a name of a current year certified Referee Assignor and has failed to do so, and given that using unlicensed referees puts all of NorCal in jeopardy, the PAD Committee recommends that the Executive Committee place Napa Sport on probation for not less than 1 year, and suggests that if Napa Sport does not have a current year certified Referee Assignor by June 1, that the Executive Committee of NorCal hire a current certified Referee Assignor for Napa Sport and require that Napa Sport pay all costs associated with engaging such current year certified Referee Assignor.
Only referees may enter information regarding cards, team officials should never, in any circumstance, report cards.
