Incident Summary:Allegation that #30 of Sonoma County Premier was sent off for using a racial slur towards a Vallejo player.
Comments:Vallejo was the home team and failed to report this send-off appropriately. The referee of this match needs to report the send-off immediately. Vallejo is fined $150 for failing to file the send-off report as required by the NorCal Handbook. The player will be dealt with when the send-off is reported.
Vallejo needs to appoint a certified referee assignor immediately.
