By agreement with Orchard Valley, Paul Montieth may continue coaching this team provided that (1) a loan from Orchard Valley in the amount of approximately $7,500 is repaid on or before October 3, (2) Paul Montieth does not coach this team for its next two NorCal games (league or State Cup) beginning October 1, 2013, and (3) Barcelona is not found, between October 1, 2014 and October 1, 2016, by the PAD Committee to have recruited players from Orchard Valley. If Paul Montieth fails to abide by these conditions, he will be suspended from coaching this team for 1 year beginning on the date on which Paul Montieth violates this agreement.
Original Pad Ruling
P. Moneith may not coach in any U12B (01B) age division for a period of one year (May coach this age division starting June 5, 2015). In addition, he is suspended from all coaching for a total of four (4) games effective immediately. |
