Unless this Ceres team can provide original birth certificates then it is believed they are using illegal players.

1) Coach I Hernandez is suspended for 1 year for knowingly using illegal players

2) This coach will not be able to coach at another club in the same age group for 1 year

3) Ceres Earthquakes is placed on probation for 6 months beginning Feb 28, 2013 and will end Aug 28, 2013. Any more serious incidents involving the club can result in removal from NorCal Premier. It is the clubs responsibility to monitor the actions of their teams and coaches.
