Incident Summary:PAD requested the license number for an AR assigned to work a Ceres Earthquake game. PAD also requested the identity of the Certified Referee Assignor from Ceres.
Comments:Ceres Earthquake has not complied with the requests made by PAD.
Because Ceres Earthquake has not engaged a Certified Referee Assignor, they are placed on probation for 1 year. Moe Shafai, the NorCal Director of Referees will supply Ceres Earthquake with a list of Certified Referee Assignors. Ceres must engage one of these Certified Referee Assignors within 7 days of receiving the list. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in further sanctions against Ceres Earthquakes, including, but not limited to fines and potential loss of the right to host home games.
