Incident Summary:	Allegation by the referee that he was abused verbally by the parents of the Earthquakes team and felt physically threatened to the extent the police were called.
Comments:	The behavior of the Earthquakes' parents is a violation of Section 4, Rule 4 of the Norcal Code of Ethics. For this violation, the coach of the Earthquakes team, Alex Saunders, is suspended for 1 game for failing to control his team's parents. All of the parents and coaches of this Earthquakes team are required to provide written evidence that they have attended a Positive Coaching Alliance course to amittler@norcalpremier.com no later than February 28, 2016.
