Allegation that the referees failed to correctly apply NorCal NPL rules in a match.

Comments:

The PAD Committee does not have the authority to overturn the decisions of the referees. In NorCal NPL games, coaches have the opportunity to fill out a match report and describe shortcomings to the Event Coordinator. In this case, the PAD Committee recommends that East Valley fill out the NPL match report and address any issues with the Event Coordinator, Jason Drury.
