Incident Summary: | Allegation that the Blackhawks coach used players he coached in 2016/17 in a game against FC Elk Grove (the club for whom the coach previously coached and for whom those players previously played). |
Comments: | The NorCal rule against a coach not working with players they coached at a previous club for 1 year does not contain an exception for players being borrowed for 1 or more games. The players who played for a coach at 1 club may not work with the coach for 1 year in any capacity at the new club - training, playing, anything. Until the 1 year anniversary of Coach Ramirez leaving FC Elk Grove, the players who played for him in 2016/2017 for FC Elk Grove may not play for him until the 1 year anniversary of his departure from FC Elk Grove. The PAD Committee refers this matter to the Event Coordinator to determine whether the use of these players affects the outcome of this match. Coach Rafael Ramirez is suspended 1 game for using these players. |
