| Comments: | At this point, many fields are in bad shape because of the drought. Clubs are reminded to keep fields in as good a shape as possible. All complaints about referees should be directed to CNRA, not the PAD Committee. All coaches are reminded to be respectful and act in a sportsmanlike manner at all times. There is no evidence that the individual who took over after the red card doe snot have a US Club pass, as a result, no action is taken with regard to that. |
