Incident Summary:Allegation that 2 players (Alvarez and Malek-Zadeh) were sent off in a State Cup game on October 15 and suspended for 1 State Cup game each. Both players were allowed to play in the State Cup game for the team they were sent off while playing for.
Comments:The PAD Committee finds that both Alvarez and Malek-Zadeh were suspended and should not have played in this game. Because of this the score is declared a 3-0 forfeit in favor of Star Academy, the coach of the Mission team, Humberto Quinonez is suspended for 4 games, and Malek-Zadeh and Alvarez must both serve their 1 game suspensions.
